Trafalgar Middle School is continuing to upgrade their fire protection system, by a phased approach to accommodate school activities and perform the work during the summer holiday months while students are not present on-site. Schedule is critical and all work must be completed by August 14, 2026. The work outlined in this tender involves electrical and lighting upgrades. Completed date must be met with completed scope of work at all costs by sub-contractor. TYPE OF WORK Removal of existing light fixtures Installation of new lighting fixtures and controls Disconnects of equipment (air flow, heating, etc).
