he purpose of this solicitation is to competitively obtain bids to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: Plumbing Supplies and Fixtures, 25-2621. Contractor shall be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL) as pre-approved sources of supply, however there is no guarantee of any work following contract award. The District reserves the right to consider historic information and fact, whether gained from the Offeror's bid, question and answer conferences, references, or any other source, in the review of a bid.
