Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to, the complete demolition and replacement of the existing gymnasium floor system, bleacher system and associated ADA upgrades, wall padding, and court striping. Included 1. Furnish and install all labor, material and equipment for all Work shown and/or specified in accordance with the Contract Documents, except as excluded below. 2. This Scope of Work also applies to all applicable awarded alternates. 3. Information provided under "Also Included" points out some items which may be considered less obvious or unconventional," but which are included in the Scope of Work. 4. This Bid Package Description is intended to clarify scope to the Contractor, but is in no way intended to limit scope that is reasonable inferable as being required by the Work included in this description.
