The work generally involves the expansion of the long term parking lot including topsoil stripping, excavation to subgrade, storm sewer and pipe culverts, catch basins, supply and placement of granular, hot mix asphalt, parking lot lighting, widening of the long term parking lot entrance/exit, restoration, and civil and electrical works related to the removal and reinstallation of parking lot access control system and CCTV.
