Reference Number 00005033996 Scope of Work: 1. To supply all labour and materials to complete work 2. Remove and dispose of the existing cedar decking and columns. Provide and install new cedar decking, and install new round columns 3. Tender price to include removal and disposal of construction debris as per provincial regulations. 4. All work to be conforming to applicable standards and be done by competent trades personnel. 5. Successful Contractor to submit construction schedule, contractors insurance, and signed contracts prior to work commencing. 6. All electrical disconnections and reconnections are to be completed by the owner and coordinated with the contractor.
