Renovation of a medical facility in Staunton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The City of Staunton is seeking written bids from qualified Class A contractors to remove and replace the existing spray foam roof system at the Staunton City Health Department. Written inquiries on the bid are due by no later than 5:00 p.m. April 29, 2026. Any questions regarding the specifications for this bid should be directed, in writing, to: Lloyd Otte Building Maintenance Superintendent ottelv@ci.staunton.va.us The City of Staunton is seeking written bids from qualified Class A contractors to remove and replace the existing spray foam roof system at the Staunton City Health Department, in accordance with the attached specifications. Contractors will provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision to remove the existing spray foam roof system and apply a new Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing System in accordance with the attached specifications. Contractors will also remove any existing roof system from two (2) small canopies with flat roofs and replace the canopy roof systems with the same materials as the large roof.
