The reconstruction of pavement at Dick Elliott Road begins at the intersection of Old San Antonio Road and Dick Elliott Road and extends approximately 6,560 LF in the southeast direction along Dick Elliott Road. The project consists of pavement reconstruction and all associated drainage items. The project also includes the following: 1. Clearing and Grubbing of Right of Way and Easement Areas 2. Pulverization and mixing of existing asphalt pavement and existing base for reclaimed paving section 3. Earthwork - Import fill 4. Earthwork - Haul off 5. Earthwork - Cut/Fill operations 6. Reclaimed and compacted paving section (Per testing lab recommendations) 7. 4" Type B HMAC 8. 3" Type C HMAC 9. Grading of ditches and roadway 10. Installation of Type R Rock riprap and concrete slope paving. 11. Construction of roadway crossing culverts including headwalls and concrete aprons (3 locations) 12. Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and SWPPP record keeping. 13. Construction of guardrail, end treatments, and mow strips 14. Installation of mailboxes and mailbox turnouts 15. Reconstruction of driveways with new driveway culverts and safety end treatments 16. Installation of roadway signage and pavement markings (2 - stop bars) 17. Other subsidiary items. C.
