Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Wellston, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Tactical Training Facility at 331783 East 970 Road, Welston, OK 74881. Bids must be submitted to Willowbrook on behalf of the State of Oklahoma, Department of Public Safety (DPS). Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids under $50,000.00 may be emailed as specified. Plans and specifications are available from Cill Reprographics at the cost of reproduction. For bids over $50,000.00, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond for five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the proposal. No bids may be withdrawn within forty-five days after the deadline for submission. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. All questions should be directed to Hilary Peters, Preconstruction Manager.
