The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. The Work consists of furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, and material necessary for the removal and reinstallation of existing limestone precast panels and brick to provide new waterproofing system and materials along the base of the north wall of the existing Diehn Hall Performing Arts Building located at the Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and performing all work necessary for such construction, including furnishing of all engineering necessary for the determination of all quantities for the layout of the work, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Scope of Work shall consist of replacement of foundation drains and install with new drainage structures and address building leaks and waterproofing repairs in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided herein. All other work shall be completed and in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications.
