Sealed bids are requested for Site & Bathhouse Improvements at Evangola State Park, Erie County, New York. The scope of work includes the following: General Construction Contract: Rehabilitation of the Bathhouse building, landscaping throughout the park, installation of a multi-use path, new construction of a bathroom, salt barn, and pole barn, and paving of roads and parking lots. Plumbing Contract: Removal and installation of plumbing and fixtures in the Bathhouse, installation of new service to Area 4 bathroom, and installation of new fuel dispensers at the Maintenance Area. Electrical Contract: Installation of new lights and fixtures in the Bathhouse, a new fuel monitoring system, new lights in the Salt Barn, and new electrical service to the toll booth and Area 4 bathroom. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must include a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond for the specified amounts for each contract. Bids must be accompanied by all required documentation including a completed gender-based violence and the workplace certification form. Bidders must also submit a digital copy of their company's contractor registry certificate at the time of bid opening. The successful bidder is required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goals are specified for each contract.
