Sealed bid proposals will be received for the Mower County - Adams Shop project, located at 14732 State Highway 56, Adams, MN 55909. The work will be accomplished through one contract with Mower County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as Construction Manager. The category of work to be bid is General Contractor. Bid documents are prepared by Klein McCarthy Architects. Bids will be received at the office of Matthew Verdick, County Administrator, and must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the Bidder's Name and Category of Work. No faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Bidders may examine contract documents at various builders exchanges and company offices. Bid documents can be ordered from Contegrity Group's plan room online; paper printed sets require a refundable $100.00 plan deposit. Electronic downloads are free. The plan deposit will be returned if documents are returned in usable condition within 20 days after bids are received.
