Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Richland County is seeking electronic bids from qualified Primary General Contractors to oversee the demolition of Commercial Structures. The General Contractor will be responsible for hiring DHES licensed sub-contractors to perform the Project Design and Air Monitoring. The General Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that DHES (DHEC) guidelines are followed as they pertain to the demolition of the structures. The General Contractor will also be responsible for ensuring that all Richland County Scope of Service requirements are met. This is a grant funded project for Slum & Blight Removal and Public Facility Improvements. All work must be completed by July 15, 2026. Question Submission Deadline:May 15, 2026, 2:00pm
