Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Cleveland, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project has been cancelled as per Addendum 1. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of APTHORP, LLC is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for an outdoor storage shed residing project at Apthorp Towers. All questions regarding the RFQ and requirements must be emailed to Yasvel Couso at cousotrigoy@cmha.net. Deadline to submit questions for this RFQ is May 11, 2026 by 10:00am Replace all four corrugated steel sides of the existing outdoor storage shed. Use a pre-finished galvanized product. 24-gauge steel minimum. o Install a metal product preferably an R-Panel/PBR-Panel. See technical bulletin. o Purchase a product with SMP coating for weather/fade resistance. o Install additional stud metal as needed to strengthen walls. o Replace roll door and flat metal trim opening to match existing. o Install new heavy-duty latch and locking mechanism on roll door. o Repair/Replace roof as needed. o Replace roof ridge trim metal at roof perimeter. Match siding color. o Color: Brown or Cocoa Brown.
