UNLV is located in the city of Las Vegas and is emerging as a premier urban university. UNLV currently has over 220 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral degree granting programs and serves approximately 33,000 students. Additionally, there are approximately 4,000 faculty and staff. The University's 340-acre campus is located in the southeast part of the city, near the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip Provide design / build construction services to install a fire protection sprinkler service in the warehouse at FAB1. Scope Of Work should include but not limited to Design; SPWD & SFM filing and approval for an S-1 Occupancy. Provide all necessary permits & required testing to install a complete turn-key fire protection sprinkler system. Contractor shall verify the integrity of the fire Sprinkler system, shall verify that the sprinkler Heads are free of debris and fully functional, verify that the system is fully code compliant and shall submit any required revisions to the system to the authority having jurisdiction for review and approval. Conduct inspection per NFPA 25 2024 edition chapter 14 internal piping condition & obstruction investigation and the IFC 2024 edition - 5-year Obstruction investigation must be conducted.
