Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of B. M. Ross and Associates Limited. Hard copy available if requested, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (includes all taxes) payable to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited. A certified cheque, banker's draft, or bid bond in the amount of $25,000.00 must accompany each bid. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
