Description

Renovation of a power facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

Sizing, supply, installation, and commissioning of up to four secondary (vertical) exhaust silencers for Units WD4-WD7 at the Whitehorse Diesel WD0 P126 facility located at the Whitehorse Rapids Generation Site in Whitehorse, Yukon, including the decommissioning and removal of the existing silencers. Residential-grade silencers, at a minimum, must be provided, sized and supplied to meet or exceed the noise attenuation performance requirements identified for Units WD4, WD5, WD6, and WD7. Delivery to Yukon Energy Corporation, #2 Miles Canyon Road, Whitehorse, Yukon, Y1A 6L4. Proposals must meet the specifications and requirements described in the provided appendices. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Proponent(s) may submit questions via e-mail to the Corporation's Designate at procurement@YEC.yk.ca until May 13, 2026, 4:00 PM, Yukon Standard Time.
