Hazard tree mitigation services consisting of felling, disposal, and stump grinding of hazard trees across approximately 65 acres. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to safely remove identified hazard trees and grind associated stumps in accordance with applicable safety and environmental requirements. Work includes proper disposal of all resulting debris and restoration of disturbed areas as required. Services shall be completed within 60 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed and are performed under a firm fixed-price arrangement evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
