The project requires the provision of a minimum of two new 5-ton gas furnaces with air conditioning (or similar systems) with warranty for the Community Building located in the City Park. The scope of work includes installation of all HVAC components, including but not limited to: ductwork for new units, ductwork modifications for existing units and rooms, piping, venting, and start ups. All work and material is subject to inspection by the City and the Project Manager. The vendor or contractor must provide any and all installation equipment. Motorized man lifts may not be used for installation due to the age of the building's floor; scaffolding only is permitted. Pre-bid site visits are encouraged and can be scheduled through the Project Manager. Bids must be submitted via email.
