Site work for a mixed-use development in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 7,157-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

The Project consists of all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to resurface existing asphalt-paved school play yard, paint new gamelines and play yard graphics, provide a new basketball goal post and backboard, repaint exterior stair and ramp railings, and perform other miscellaneous site work improvements. Scope of Work 1. Sweep clean existing asphalt paving of play yard, removing loose dirt and gravel any wild vegetation that may hinder new resurfacing of play yard paving 2. Patch and repair and fill all existing paving cracks or uneven surfaces on play yard 3. Provide new surfacing coating system on play yard pavement 4. Provide new painted gamelines and play yard graphics as shown on construction drawings 5. Provide new basketball goal post, backboard, goal ring and associated concrete post footing 6. Repaint stair and ramp steel pipe railings at play yard 7. Miscellaneous site work improvements as called out on the drawings and specifications 8. Protect existing play structure and its surrounding rubber safety surfacing tiles and garden areas from damage during play yard improvements.
