PURPOSE: To purchase roof repairs for the City of Columbus, Division of Water and Power, Watershed Location. The Upground Pump Station roof needs repaired at 6900 State Route 257, Prospect, OH 43342 USA. This service shall be invoiced in one lump sum. Scope of Service: Vendor will need to check in and out with appropriate site personnel. Access damaged roof with approximately 60’ lift. Will need to set up safety per OSHA regulations. Furnish, color match, and install replacement panel per manufacturer’s specifications. Remove and replace (1) panel pulled loose from drip edge with new formed panel. Remove (1) loose panel and install new fastening clips. Re-install panel. Clean up and remove all job related equipment, material, trash and debris. Max panel length is 30’. No overtime or weekend rates. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS: Line 10 – Please quote your total cost for this service. Successful bidders, upon notice of award, must provide to the Division of Water designee a current State of Ohio BWC insurance certificate, appropriate contractor licenses, and a copy of the company’s current General Liability Insurance.
