Bids will be received for Air Handling Unit Renovations at the High Point Detention Center, located at 507 East Green Drive, High Point, North Carolina. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications are available for viewing on Guilford County's Vendor Self Service automated bidding system. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
