Scope of Services The selected Contractor shall provide complete HVAC equipment replacement and installation services including, but not limited to: Removal and disposal of existing aging HVAC equipment in accordance with EPA 608 guidelines Procurement and installation of new HVAC split systems, fan coil units, and rooftop units (RTUs) Electrical disconnection, reconnection, and provision of new electrical disconnects as required Provision of crane services for necessary rigging where required Installation of new line sets, refrigerant, curb adapters, and economizers as specified Start-up, commissioning, and operational check-out of all new equipment Cleanup of all work areas upon completion
