FRA-CR122-0.00 The services include Right of Way Acquisition Services for Thirty-One (31) parcels for the proposed improvements along Alum Creek Drive in Hamilton Township, Madison Township, City of Obetz, City of Groveport and City of Columbus. The proposed improvements include widening of the 2.7 mile widening of existing Alum Creek Drive (C.R. 122) from London Groveport Road (S.R. 317) to Groveport Road (C.R. 7). Improvements include complete bridge replacement over Big Walnut Creek, roadway lighting, traffic signals, proposed drainage improvements as well as additional enhancements to pedestrian safety with a shared-use path and sidewalk facilities the entire length of the corridor. Services will be in compliance with the most current Scope Definitions for Right of Way Services as published on the ODOT Website. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement. Contract 1: Right of Way Acquisition Services Contract 2: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
