Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Monterey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of procuring and installing three dual level 2 (Autel MaxiCharger) and one dual level 3 (BTC Power Gen4) EV chargers. This includes any required demolition, trench excavation and restoration, installation of conduits, wiring, and connections in accordance with contract documents, manufacturer recommendations, and PG&E requirements. Work also includes installation of any structural concrete or maintenance pads, bollards, and equipment labeling as required, as well as procurement and installation of the switchboard, transformer, and panel board as approved by PG&E. The contractor shall also perform testing to demonstrate that the chargers are fully operational. All labor, materials, methods, equipment, tools, incidentals, and machinery necessary to complete the contract in a satisfactory manner are to be provided, with the intent to fulfill all details as prescribed in the plans and specifications. Changes or extra work must be approved and documented as specified. All work sites shall be kept as clear as practicable, with cleanup requirements enforced. Potential bidders are responsible for reviewing all bid documents, conducting a site examination, and complying with all local hiring and regulatory requirements. Bidders must provide required certifications and documentation with their submissions, and comply with local prevailing wage and licensing requirements. Each bid must include a bid bond or equivalent security, and bidders must fulfill all formal contract execution requirements if selected. Failure to comply with bid or contract requirements may lead to forfeiture of posted security and/or contract termination.
