Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,640-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
**As of August 10th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bastrop County is requesting proposals for the construction of a new single-story building that is designed with a total of 13,640 gross square feet. The construction design for this building is type II-B (Noncombustible) Sprinklered construction. The design also calls for 102 parking stalls, to include 5 ADA parking stalls. The awarded contractor will be responsible for requesting all necessary permits for this project. Deadline for Submittal of Written Questions 5 PM, May 27, 2026.
