The new tank will be adjacent to the current tank and when the new tank is operational, the current tank will be secured and decommissioned. Also, various aqueduct works are planned. MANDATORY VISIT FORM Attach to the submission the completed mandatory visit form. It must be signed by the representative of the Contractor and by the representative of the municipality after the visit. Any submission whose mandatory visit form is not attached or not signed by a representative of the municipality will be disqualified.
