Package create for Addendum 1/Bid date change as per Adda 1 In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing approximately 11,500 ft. of roadway milling and paving along Pond Street (Route 140 to #38), Hilltop Road (Pond Street to past #24), Cottage Street, Peck Street, and Summer Street (King Street to Crocker Avenue) within the Town of Franklin. Bidders must be pre-qualified with massdot for pavement surfacing the work to be performed will include milling 2" of existing asphalt and repaving with 2" of hot mix asphalt top course, and constructing and repairing concrete pedestrian ramps, with other incidental work as required. Work under this contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. 10.4% combined Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 10:00 AM ET
