In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a firm for the purposes of providing preventative maintenance and on-call repair of generators located at the Town's Facilities, Schools, Water Wells, Water Booster Stations, Water Tanks, and Sewer Lift Stations. The work to be performed will include one major and one minor preventative maintenance visit per year for each generator listed in the bid specifications, as well as on-call repair services and other incidental work as required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract bid price, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
