Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in American Fork, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Work covered with this proposal will be for the design, creation of construction documents, bidding assistance and construction administration of the park parcel into public usable space. Parcel 45:221:0015 & 13:043:0015 Work will include a. Preparation of a concept plan, site analysis, concept design refinement, cost estimate, imagery and renderings. b. Construction documents, demolition plans, layout plans, planting plans, utility plans, grading and drainage plans, electrical plans, site details and specifications. c. Bidding assistance. d. Construction administration will include regular project meetings, review of change orders, review and sign payment applications. There is an estimated project budget of $3M to $4M. The park property is located at approximately 750 W 620 S, American Fork, UT on parcels 45:221:0015 & 13:043:0015. Proposals for this project will be received electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)/Bonfire website.
