This project consists of resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation (RRR) improvements along State Road (S.R.) 704 / Royal Palm Way from Four Arts Plaza to South County Road in Palm Beach County, Florida. The scope includes repaving the existing roadway, adding shared-lane pavement markings for bicyclists, upgrading pedestrian curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces to meet ADA requirements, installing high-emphasis crosswalk markings at Cocoanut Row, reconstructing damaged sidewalks, and replacing or upgrading signage and pavement markings to current standards. Construction will be performed in phases with temporary lane closures during non-peak hours while maintaining pedestrian access and access to adjacent properties.
