Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Modification of smoke purge duct system to disconnect, cap, and abandon smoke purge system. Addition of new exhaust duct from decontamination room to the existing exhaust main duct. Addition of new ceiling air devices and relocation of existing ceiling air devices. Reprogram the sequence of operation of all VAV terminals in the surgical suite and the SPD. Reprogram the sequence of operation of the Surgery Suite Air Handler. Calibration of all VAV terminals. Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing of all air devices and confirmation of air exchange rates and pressure relationships in each space. Submittals shall be a single PDF file of no more than 35 pages and 20 MB maximum. Submittals shall be 8 1/2 x 11 format. Prequalification is required for this project.
