The City of Dover, Ohio intends to contract for engineering and design services for the Angel Drive Pump Station and Force Main Project. The scope includes the replacement of the existing Angel Dr. wastewater pump station with a new larger pump station, the installation of approximately 7,400 linear feet of 10-inch new force main for the new Angel Pump Station, and the restoration of a portion of the 12-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe gravity sanitary sewer which conveys wastewater to the Angel Pump Station. Firms interested in being considered should submit statements of qualifications including: Technical Approach for the project; Consultant Experience in Similar Projects; Firm History - Education and Experience; Technical Expertise of Staff; Adequate Equipment and Facilities; Capacity to perform work and meet schedules and budgets; References; Previous work performed for the City of Dover and evidence of financial responsibility. Firms must note any qualifications needed to perform design services for State or Federal Grant Projects. Three copies of the Statements of Qualifications, no more than 12 pages front only (not including covers), should be submitted. Statements received after the deadline will not be considered. Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of qualifications, and the City will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm.
