Site work for a municipal facility in Bridgehampton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Sealed bids are requested for landscaping design and installation at the Bridgehampton Fire District in Suffolk County, New York. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and endorsed on the outside with the name of the bidder, business address, telephone number, and an indication that a bid is enclosed. A Non-Collusive Bidding Certification pursuant to Section 103-D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York must be included with all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 45 calendar days after bid opening unless written notice is provided to the District. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and readvertise. No electronic bids will be accepted. Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Bridgehampton Fire District office. Questions should be addressed to Elizabeth Whelan Kotz, Chair at 631-537-1909. New Landscape - South Side of Building & Sign at Front of Building: o Obtain private and 811 mark out of property. o Remove existing stumps from beds along the South side of building. o Grind large stump in center of area 6-8" below grade, remove grindings and replace with topsoil and grade area level. o Remove exiting mulch from bed along front of handicap walkway and install topsoil to prepare for grass seed installation. o Clean existing plant material from bed near Hydrant and reshape bed. o Create new ring around existing tree in first bed and install topsoil and seed to large open area behind tree. o Install seed to bare areas within lawn areas of planting. o Install drip irrigation and mulch to new plant material. o Design garden beds on southside of building and front of building at signboard, island where the Forsythia was. o List all plants and quantities as per design. o Includes Service Visits.
