Prices must include deliveries to all sites specified. Quotations must be made on the provided sheets. Prices may be submitted on any or all items listed unless otherwise specified. The award will be made based on the lowest responsible bid on each item or on an aggregate basis, whichever is in the best interest of the College. Insert net unit prices; bids must be firm for a minimum of 60 days. Contract prices may not be increased during the contract term. The College is exempt from sales tax. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any part of the responses in accordance with the law. Only official bid packages from the College are valid. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements where applicable. Bidders must list any exceptions to the bid specifications. Material exceptions are grounds for rejection. Bidders must use the College's forms as provided, and any alteration or recreation of forms is grounds for rejection.
