The Corporation of the City of Stratford is inviting qualified, experienced consulting firms to develop and present a comprehensive updated Development Charges Background Study for the City, pursuant to the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, Chapter 27, as amended. The study must meet all requirements of the Act and related regulations, be clearly written, well organized, and include a table of contents, appendices with supporting data and information, a draft By-law, and required pamphlets. The consultant will provide and present to staff and Council copies of the draft and final reports and all completed work in an accessible format satisfactory to the City, and will assist with meeting all regulatory requirements around notice, public meetings, and Council meetings before the expiry of the current by-law. Language for bid submissions is English unless specified in the bid document. Submissions are to be made online only.
