Renovation of an educational facility in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
The project involves the replacement of the durisol deck to new acoustical metal deck complete with new roofing assembly over part of corridor C101, classroom 127 and girls washroom 128. The scope of work also involves the replacement of the gymnasium floor and painting of the walls and ceiling for a refresh. It also involves replacement of existing sheet vinyl floor in the corridor to ceramic tile. Finally, the scope of work involves the addition of a new roof hatch. Bid Bond amount of $41,000.00 (Forty-One Thousand Dollars) is required to accompany tender. Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
