Reference number: 20142333 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2026-05-22 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender: No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 3 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City is inviting tenders for the purchase and installation of air-conditioning equipment and generators at the Town Hall and the municipal garage. Prices must be quoted on a unit and lump-sum basis, in accordance with the items listed in the price schedule. Only suppliers or contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement applies, in a province or territory covered by that agreement, are eligible to tender. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond in the form of a certified cheque, postal order, bank draft, irrevocable letter of guarantee or surety bond issued by a financial institution, representing at least 10% of the total tender amount including tax.
