Sitework & Entry Improvements at Link Elementary School - Sitework Sealed bids are invited for sitework and entry improvements at Link Elementary School for the Clarkstown Central School District. A detailed description of the work is found in the bid specifications. All bidding documents, drawings, and specifications can be obtained either online or from a designated print provider, with a deposit requirement for hard copies. Only contract documents obtained from the specified provider allow bidders to be identified as official plan holders. Addenda will only be distributed to registered plan holders. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and site visit. All bidders must be fully familiar with the site. Bids must include bid security and be prepared according to the bid specifications, adhering to all wage and labor regulations and prevailing wage schedules. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including equal employment opportunity requirements. The district reserves the right to reject or accept bids as deemed in its best interest, including those with irregularities or conditions. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five days after opening unless otherwise authorized by law.
