Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Soquel, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The San Lorenzo Valley Water District proposes to replace undersized water mains in Ben Lomond, CA, possibly affecting the streets below. The proposed main will be installed primarily within road rights-of-way, with two proposed easements crossing private property to allow the new pipeline to be looped. A survey of the area is required to inform project design and layout. Statements must be received by the specified deadline. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted to the District’s Engineering Manager, Garrett Roffe, via email at GRoffe@slvwd.com by 5:00 p.m. on Friday May 8th, 2026. Responsesto these questions will be uploaded to the District website by no later than Wednesday May 13th, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
