This is a Request for Quotations inviting prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Water Meter Installation, Replacement, and Maintenance Program. The City seeks to establish a partnership with a meter maintenance contractor for maintenance of existing meter infrastructure and equipment, along with installation of replacement meters for the established meter replacement program. The successful respondent must also provide water disconnection services for the City's Water Billing Department. Documents can be obtained from https://cambridge.bonfirehub.ca/ Instructions to bidders: 1. Register as a supplier at https://cambridge.bonfirehub.ca/login and create a Bonfire account if not already registered. 2. Prepare submission materials, organizing them into individual files as outlined on the Bonfire Submission Portal. 3. Upload and submit the submission at https://cambridge.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/105386 before the submission deadline. It is recommended to begin uploading at least one day prior to the deadline. Contact with any person other than the designated RFQ Contact regarding this RFQ is not permitted and may result in disqualification.
