Question Deadline: Mon May 18, 2026 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Generally, without limiting the scope of the project, the work covered by this pre-qualification covers the following: Upgrades of St. Andrews Pump Station building, such as; Building expansion to incorporate a separate electrical room Construction of a bathroom within the building Replacement of all mechanical pumps, process piping, instrumentation, and some electrical components. This includes replacement of all buried CPP piping within the pump station. Upgrades to the building floor drainage system and ceiling insulation. Wall penetrations to incorporate two blind flanges. Removal of wall mounted louvers/dampers and restoration of the building wall. Replacement of a portion of the 400mm CPP in the yard. Installation of an outdoor natural gas generator in the yard. Replacement of site fencing and roadway to the pump station. Provisional: Demolition of the existing St. Andrews Tank (Standpipe 2). Provisional: Extension of asphalt pavement within the site.
