Webster Groves is seeking qualified applicants to submit competitive, sealed qualifications for the provision of Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for the Service Center Addition. The project aims to expand and enhance the Public Works and Parks Service Center. Selection of professional services will adhere to Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 327 and Section 3.145 of the Webster Groves City Code regarding procurement policies and procedures for engineering, architectural, and land surveying services. This is a Class A Project as the anticipated professional service fees exceed $5,000. Final selection is subject to approval by City Council. Instructions to bidders include submitting qualifications in a competitive and sealed manner.
