These assets offer unique opportunities for revenue-generating projects, including energy attributes, gas rights, and power storage, that support the Districts' financial sustainability and environmental goals. To encourage innovation, the Districts offers a flexible partnership framework that supports phased deployments, pilot-to-commercial pathways, and negotiable operational control to ensure mutual success. PST The Districts is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for revenue-generating products, services, or resource-based projects utilizing Districts' facilities, infrastructure, or operational byproducts. The goal is to identify creative deal structures that extend beyond traditional procurement, which may include guaranteed revenue streams, open-ended and scalable structures, pilot and proof-of-concept allowance, phased implementation, and negotiable operational control. Proposers are required to attend the mandatory job walk for each facility for which they intend to submit a proposal.
