The North Carolina Department of Public Safety Emergency Management Division and the Department of Transportation are requesting bids for design bid build bridge replacement on private roads over Dutch Creek at 1461 Dutch Creek Road, Banner Elk, NC in Watauga County Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to submitting a bid. Firms that wish to perform as a subcontractor to the prime contractor must be prequalified prior to beginning work on the project.
