Sealed bids are requested for the supply and delivery of a Bomb Response Vehicle according to specified requirements. Bidders must be authorized dealerships officially recognized by the vehicle manufacturer and must possess ISO 9001:2015 certification for design, fabrication, integration, upfit, and retrofit of emergency response and commercial specialty vehicles. The ISO certificate must clearly list the addresses of all covered facilities, and vehicles must be built at these listed sites without exception. Only submissions from eligible dealers will be accepted; bids from third-party vendors are not permitted. Full compliance with all Federal procurement requirements in 2 CFR Part 200 is required. Bidders are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the scope of work, project completion deadlines, and any potential challenges. Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate, and all submissions will be considered without discrimination.
