Reference Number 0000419286 Perform repair and maintenance work within City-owned landscape areas, including landscaped and lighting districts, open space areas, northeast service areas, and riparian corridors, as directed by the City. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/29/2026 08:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Direct questions in writing to the Purchasing Division via email: purchasing@visalia.gov. Contractor shall hold a valid California Contractors License in the following classification, as applicable to the work being performed: C-27 Landscaping Contractor The initial contract term shall be for a twelve (12) month period and shall, at the Citys option and with the consent of the CONTRACTOR, be extended annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Bids are being sought from contractors who have a proven record of experience in providing the services required by this Invitation to Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any item or items in the Bid; to waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in Bids received; and to select the Bid(s) deemed most advantageous to the City.
