Reference Number 0000321100 The University of Toronto is seeking proposals for the maintenance and services of elevating devices on the St George Campus. The scope includes providing ongoing maintenance for a portfolio of elevators and related devices across multiple campus buildings. Bidders must demonstrate experience and capacity, including evidence of commercial general liability insurance, agreement to surety bonding, a current CSPA Letter of Standing, recent WSIB documentation, a health and safety program summary along with mechanic and testing crew training, confirmation of at least ten years in business in Ontario as an elevator maintenance contractor, and at least one thousand elevators under current maintenance contracts in Ontario. The evaluation will consider company profile and capacity, service delivery, staffing and continuity, mobilization and readiness, compliance, testing, directives and performance management, reporting deliverables, experience references, and a vendor presentation. The contract term is five years with options for two additional one-year extensions.
