Demolition and renovation of a museum in Washburn, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The project consists of replacing the indicated air handling equipment and associated heating and cooling units at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, Washburn ND to include humidifiers, fan coils and registers. Demo includes existing condensing units, thermostats and ductwork. The facility will remain open during construction. Single combined bids will be received for all portions of the work. The successful bidder will be the single Prime Contractor for the Project. All bids must contain a current ND contractors license and bid security in a separate envelope; bids that do not contain these documents will not be opened. It is the bidders responsibility to see that mailed or delivered bids are in the hands of the Owner prior to the time of the bid opening.
