The work includes the installation of 14 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-accessible curb ramps, sidewalk improvements, storm drain improvements, asphalt patching, and other items, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. The work may include additive alternatives, including the installation of up to two additional ADA-accessible curb ramps, sidewalk improvements, storm drain improvements, an infiltration gallery, two catch basins, asphalt patching, asphalt overlay, and other miscellaneous work. All work performed will be subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws. All contractors performing work must be licensed in the State of Washington.
