Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Connell, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Repairs to the existing Connell wastewater lagoon embankments; repairs to approximately 44,000 square feet of Cell No. 2 and 37,000 square feet of Cell No. 3, which include the demolition and disposal of existing concrete collars, damaged liner materials, and anchor trench; excavation and removal of unsuitable embankment material; reconstruction and repair of the anchor trenches, lagoon embankment, and concrete collars; installation of a new liner system in the repaired area of each lagoon cell; and performance of electrical leak detection and leak location services for the repaired lagoon liners and all pipe penetrations, together with all other work required to complete the project as shown on the drawings and specified herein. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Washington prevailing wage rates for public works projects, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws.
